Worldwide, one-third of all food production is wasted, 15% of which is generated by restaurants, hotels, and caterers who lack the tools to reap the benefits of reducing food waste.

Product Overview

Our product, Binspector, combines a smart camera, a smart scale, and artificial intelligence image recognition technology to:

  • Automatically register all food going to waste
  • Supply actionable insights to chefs on how to optimize inefficiencies

Integrated with external systems, our product will even pre-fill restaurant ordering systems.

Business Model

We offer our Product-as-a-Service to professional kitchens for a monthly fee with no upfront costs.
