An AI powered turn-key solution for MRI based interventional cardiology
Nano4Imaging aims to deliver TRACKR, a B2B platform enhancing MRI-guided interventional radiology with nano-coatings and real-time tracking software for commercial device makers.
Projectdetails
Introduction
Nano4Imaging (N4I) is a med-tech company specialized in MR based interventional radiology. We have previously successfully commercialized EmeryGlide, a MR compatible guidewire in paediatric cardiology.
Project Overview
In this project, we will deliver TRACKR – a ‘turn-key’ platform that provides the currently missing enabling technologies for MRI guided interventional radiology.
TRACKR Technology Components
The TRACKR technology consists of:
-
A NANO-COATING PLATFORM based on proprietary MagnaFy technology. The nano-coatings can be applied on any commercial intervention device (catheter, guide-wire, balloon) and increase MR visibility drastically.
-
A REAL-TIME TRACKING SOFTWARE based on novel deep learning algorithms that allows real-time tracking of the MagnaFy coated devices during an interventional procedure.
Commercialization Strategy
The platform will be commercialized as a B2B service to interventional device makers. Four large players (Terumo, B.Braun, COOK, Numed) are ongoing collaborators and will be the early adopters.
