BlinkIn develops a platform to enable the next generation of tech support. Tech support is with BlinkIn visual and automated.

BlinkIn enables enterprises to create digital assistants for smart devices that guide people interactively through:
- First-time setups
- Troubleshooting
- Maintenance
Our VisualBots will analyze a problem using Computer Vision, interpret the situations through AI/ML recommendations, and guide users through a visual resolution interactively using Augmented Reality.
NoCode Platform
With its NoCode Platform, we will build an open European ecosystem where contributors can:
- Create
- Build
- Sell visual skills
This will deliver learning models for end-users to simply resolve a problem with their smartphones.
Vision
Our moonshot is to “Give the world a Help Button.” We define a new category of automated visual support with market potential way beyond the standard audio or chatbots assistant, towards a visual AI Operating System as a European counterforce to other assistants (i.e., Siri/Alexa/Bixby).
