Introduction
Octave’s product consists of a second-life battery energy storage system equipped with Octave’s cutting-edge battery and energy management technology. The novel technology relies on a deep integration of the battery management system and the energy management system.
Technology Overview
It makes the raw battery cell measurements available for optimisation of the battery system’s charging strategy. The data are sent to Octave’s battery cloud, where it is used in advanced machine learning methods and digital twins of the cells are created to extract useful insights.
