COASTal aims to restore coastal habitats to enhance biodiversity, protect bird species, and improve carbon sequestration, supporting EU climate goals.
Projectdetails
Introduction
The world faces a biodiversity and climate crisis.
Project Overview
COASTal - Restoration of coastal habitat zones contributes to obtaining a favorable conservation status for 12 habitat types in the coastal zone.
Objectives
This project aims to:
- Improve conservation conditions for 9 protected bird species.
- Increase biodiversity.
