Introduction

After 4 years of R&D, we are the VERY FIRST COMPANY TO HAVE DEVELOPED A PRODUCTION PROCESS TO PRODUCE A SECOND LIFE STEEL FIBER THAT CAN BE USED IN A COMMERCIAL WAY, BEING VERY CLEAN, CLASSIFIED BY LENGTH WITH HIGH RESISTANCE TO TRACTION.

Product Overview

Our high-quality steel wires called FlexoFibers have a small diameter (0.25 mm) lending them high tensility and flexibility while also enabling many filaments to be used per m³ of reinforced concrete.

Proprietary Process

Our proprietary process gives us the ability to control the length of the fibers to avoid a balling effect in the mixed concrete, while increasing the flexotraction and permeability of the material.

Environmental Impact

THE FIRST CIRCULAR ECONOMY APPROACH TO PRODUCE STEEL FIBERS OF SECOND LIFE MATERIALS OPENS THE DOORS TO PRODUCE HIGH-IMPACT RESISTANT CONCRETE WITH A VERY LOW ENVIRONMENTAL FOOTPRINT.

Industry Implications

This innovation will propel the uptake of sustainable building materials into the construction value chain, while also granting the tire industry its entry into the CIRCULAR ECONOMY.
