Projectdetails

Introduction

The growing demand for proper monitoring and treatment of chronic disease patients is unsustainable for European healthcare systems. Despite the recent advancements, remote patient monitoring (RPM) systems have not achieved their potential due to their inability to integrate accurate data from any given medical device to the Electronic Health Records (EHRs).

Solution Overview

To cater to the urgent need for innovative monitoring systems, we deliver the HumanITcare platform. This is an AI-powered platform that can:

  • Collect data from any given device
  • Adapt itself for the needs of the patients
  • Enable integration into the EHRs

Benefits

HumanITcare reduces 40% of total visits and generates smart alarms and reports to inform patients and caregivers. This contributes significantly to clinical and self-care.

Technical Features

With our innovative software architecture, we enable:

  1. Security
  2. Interoperability
  3. Sustainability
  4. Scalability

Industry Leadership

The superior features of our platform will enable us to be the leaders of the industry in Europe.
